I selected Bugs R Us as my specialist. Mark was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone and in-person. He was at my house in a day and after carefully assessing my situation (suspect rodent problem in walls/attic) he said I would be best served if I handled the problem on my own, unless I really wanted for him to do the job. He carefully inspected my attic, basement and house and came to the conclusion that the problem would be most easily solved by placing traps and routinely checking on them. I absolutely appreciate that type of honesty and approach and for that I will certainly go back to him for future issues. Highly recommended.
