MR. Russ was professional and ethical from day one. I truly feel I received personalized, individual and excellent service, above and beyond the call of duty. Mr. Russ was very sensitive and compassionate in regards to my father's situation. None of the other pest control business would have provided the services that were necessary in this particular case. In addition to extermination, he cleared out all lthe junk and clutter that had accumulated inside and outside the house and he went out of his way to make repairs inside and outside the house. I can't tell you how much time the reparis and clean up alone has saved our family.

Well, they handled the problem immediately and fully. A basement infestation of mice was gone within 24 hours. What more can I say except THANK YOU. Also, the gentleman who came out to the house was totally professional, pleasant and meticulous. There was no hard sell for future services. I would highly recommend and would use in the future (hopefully will not be needed).
