The tech showed up on time and spent plenty of time explaining all of the products he was using and why. He also helped me find where the mice were getting in and I was able to secure it. While it may be still too early to tell, it appears that the problem may already be gone. I'm anxious to see the results of the pest control during the summer months as their service requires a one year contract and we will be using them to help with wasps outside.

They did a very good job. They were extremly neat, brought drop clothes and wore shoe covers, and they vacummed each day. They were very through and his resolutions made sense. I did not want to use chemicals and he had other solutions.
