Ron Cannon arrived on time- tha tin it's self is a plus. He was friendly and polite to me and my dogs. He worked quickly and quietly. He then walked me around the house to show me where the rats and squirrels were entering.He explained in word and photos how the company would eradicate the rodents and prevent re-infestation. The company allows for payment over 3 months. Half up front that 2 payments of 1/4 each. If it was not Labor Day the work would have been done on Monday, as it is they will be here Wednesday. A great turnaround time.
