They were prompt in their response and set up an appointment at a convenient time for us. The representative explained everything about our concern with mice visitations, set up baits and tried to assure us that at least for now the current visitors would not return. But he also presented the reality that mice are very persistent and their relatives might return at another time since our home is built on land that was once theirs.
