Examined property, suggested treatment, suggested that I seal openings around house that rats could access, I did that, he's returned two additional times to check rat traps. So far seems satisfactory. Is willing to come at odd hours.

I had a hard time finding somebody to come and help me with my problem (a dead opossum in the garage). I found Service Magic and Phil from EVERGUARD called immediately after I had posted my request and could come to my house to take care of my problem. He said he would be here in about 3 hours, but ended up coming way earlier. He went out of his way to get here quickly.
