Vinny, the owner, came out within hours of my online request. He set traps and came every 4-5 days to check them. He was always courteous and prompt on his visits. He explained how rats are getting in, but we chose to not spend the money for exclusion. Hopefully, we won't regret that decision.

We spoke with Vin. He did our estimate and also came out to do the work, (along with others). Vin is very professional and extremely knowledgeable with rodent control and other pest control. He made excellent recommendations and did the work to the house to deter animals entering in the future. At this point, we are in a 2-week waiting and follow-up period, to make sure that all rodents have been removed. We will definately recommend him and use him in the future if a need arises.
