Overall, they are courteous, knowledgeable and do good work. My main complaint is that they are not very reliable about scheduling appointments (arriving late, or not at all), or calling to inform me of any delays. I understand that each customer can have unknown or extended issues with their service, but they should at least call the next customers who are waiting.

The service person that Addison sent out was professional and we proceeded to treat the problem based on his recommendations. This didn't solve the problem though and I have received no follow-up other than what I initiated. I have since hired another company that is following the problem more closely and who checks on the situation regularly, eliminating the need for me to keep calling them with results.
