Helpful , knowledgeable and willingness to work with me to fix my rat problem. They answered all my question and taught me a lot about rats. They trapped some in my attic I did not even know were there. NO lasting smell. They came out and removed the rats on the day I started to smell them. They even fixed the holes the rats had been using to get in. A++
