Knowlegable owner and very personable. Mike spent time to explain all my questions pertaining to carpenter bees. He performed a thorough job and the results were immediately seen, dead bees! His follow-up to insure further infestation is in a few weeks and I'm confident I won't have to deal with those bees again or I call bugs R Us and the warranty covers the issue. Thanks MIke, no swatting at the BEES!

I just confirmed an annual serivce contract with this company so that I have peace of mind. Tom came out late to accomodate my hectic schedule and made several points that were meant to save me money in the long run...I appreciated his honestly and the fact that he didnt come on strong with a sales pitch. I have yet to get the services I ordered since it is up to me to set up an appointment but, I will update this rating once they have completed the job.

Tom was the first to respond and was very quick in coming to give an estimate. I sort of asked for an extrodinary turn around time and he was able to oblige. His pricing was also 1/3 of what anyone else quoted without even coming out. Highly recomended. If there was a spot for excellent above, he would of exceded that.
