John Brock was very professional, skilled in his trade, and was very courteous to us. He communicated well on what we needed to do to get our home ready for him to come and told us what we could expect from him and from the products he used. He was 20 minutes late to our appointment, but he called well in advance to let us know he would be late. I would highly recommend him. It's been 7 months & no sign of fleas! Great job!
