The representative from Northeast Home Services showed up at the scheduled appointment time. He explained the process he would be doing and performed them as explained. The issue was a yellow jacket nest in the attic resulting in the bees eating a hole through the ceiling into one of the upstairs rooms.
The bees are gone hopefully not to return, but if I needed an exterminator again I would definitely give them a call.
