I called and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician came and treated the house efficiently and took care of the carpenter ant problem in short order. They were also sensitive to the people in the house, giving us plenty of warning about the time required to be outside of the home, especially important considering we have a three year old. Later, they conducted a follow up inspection to ensure the insects were no longer a problem. They were not.
