He responded quickly, professionally. After contacting
two other pest control companies (not found on service magic)
and being told I needed to make holes in walls, then call someoone
else in to fix the holes made by the externinators, I thought it was
time to contact servicemagic. Peter was very courteous , was able to
understand the urgency of my call and guarnateed his work without tearing down walls!!

The Company reacted immediately to my problem and kept to the timing of the appointment. First there was an assessment of the situation. We had a nest of carpenter bees in an overhang in the lower side of our house that had proliferated when we were on a short vacation. After dark he came back with a full body suit and head filter gear and shot some sticky poison powder in the 15 bee holes. The next couple of days we saw a few bees and then they were completely gone. The price was very reasonable also.
