I contacted Pointe Pest Control to ask whether I needed to have them come out after we noticed some fleas on our dog and in a few spots around the house. Rather than try to sell us services they believed we didn't need, he told me that we were on the right track and to continue our diy methods. I was so impressed with their helpfulness over the phone and the fact that they didn't try to oversell that I will definitely contact them in the future when we have pest control needs and immediately hopped online to add this review.

Pointe Pest Control came out to my house much faster than other companies were willing to come out. They are reasonably priced and very professional. They explained every part of our pest management program before they started, including the products being used. Hopefully I won't have any new pests, but if I did, I would use them again in a heartbeat!
