They were excellent on the phone. Prices Quoted over the phone were comparable. Program was pretty much the same for all the companies I spoke to. They came when they said they would. I had to leave as I am extremely allergic to chemicals so I didn't see what they actually did. Charge was same as quote.

I freaked out, was in a panic and spent a few SLEEPLESS nights when I suspected bedbugs. Although I had no evidence of any or saw any, I feared even going to bed!
The free inspection turned up nothing which completely calmed my fears. Andy was very thorough, knowledgeable and described the areas where he looked for them and what he was looking for!
I hope I never see Andy again or need his services, but SO GLAD he's one of the good guys!
