They were professional and very knowledgable. I was impressed with the time he took to go over our house, to get to the root of the problem and then throughly treated all affected areas. When we had another problem arise on a different part of the property, he promptly returned to retreat. There wasn't any of the arguments or resistance that I have experienced with other pest control companies. This company truly cared about pest problem and really addressed our concerns. I would highly recommend Gaines Pest Control.

Gary was right on time, very professional. We were at our wits end with ants, and one treatment with a product of apparently very low toxicity has eliminated the problem completely, so far. Yes, I would definitely use Gary Gaines again and would recommend him.
