The only problem was it took them a couple of weeks to get to my job. We still have some evidence that some bats are still "dropping by" but I was advised that this could happen until all of them are made aware of the defensive device that was installed.

Positive experience with the technician and work that was done (he relocated a dozen bats that had settled into a gap between two exterior walls) but a little difficulty with the office following up after the work was done. Technician was terrific- on time, very knowledgeable, and pleasant. It took months to have our garage key returned (we left one with the technician so he would have daily access to the area) and we did not receive a copy of the final receipt. Overall, would definitely recommend for this type of work-our bats are gone!
