Control or Eliminate Rodents in 33436
In general, all is good. However, we still have yet to figure out how rats are getting into my attic. Customer service is good, not great. The first time we had a rat caught in the attic, we called out of normal biz. hours. We were told that Sat that we'd have to wait until Monday for removal. That was not fun. Otherwise, the guys I have dealt with were great.

Very professional. Took time to evaluate the problem we had, ghost ants, and explained a course of treatment. Also checked for other pests that could be present. Came back in a week after initial treatment to check on progress. Very pleased so far with service.
