I had three comapnies look at my home for bat infestation. Two of the companies wanted many thousands of dollars to rid my bat "problem".
The third company Bugs R US was the only one that actually went into my attic and discovered that there were no bats in the attic. The bat that came into my house was an isolated problem and it had come down the chimney.
