They were running a little late, but called a head of time to let us know. My number one pet peeve is contractors who do not show up when scheduled. All I ask is at least for at least a courtesy call to let you know they are running late, which 911Wildlife did!!!
The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to do the job correctly. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone who is having a issue with birds or other wildlife pests.
