Vinny was easy to communicate with and responded quickly several times during the quoting process. He was professional and polite at all times and gave me the best estimate out of 3 others I received. He and another colleague installed galvanized metal under the shingles and then bolted everything down for total animal exclusion. He also removed 3 bird/squirrel nests and vacuumed/deodorized all the insulation around the nests. They were very careful about placing their ladders in my shrubbery, on my deck railings and were careful of my gutters. A nice, thorough clean-up job was provided as well.

Control or Eliminate Small Animals in 30087

I called Southernway on a Thursday, and they came on Saturday. Vinnie called about 90 minutes before he came to verify the appointment. He came within the allotted time frame I was given. Even though he couldn't find the animal to remove, he was thorough in his search. He looked in the attic near the chimney, in the fireplace, and in the crawl space. He deordorized the fireplace/chimney area so the smell could disappear. It took a week to get rid of the smell, but it's gone. Vinnie installed mesh coverings over outside vents so nothing could get inside the crawl space/house. He also showed me how to use my fireplace.
