We called them because we had a bat flying around in an upstairs bedroom. They came the next day. So the prompt response was great. But they couldn't find the bat. And after checking the crawl spaces they discovered we had a mouse problem. They sealed the holes where mice could crawl into the house and set out traps. Because we have 6 cats (eegads!) we have not seen a mouse! And there are no signs of mice in our living spaces. So we are left wondering if the expense was worth it, and I thought it was odd, that as part of the expense they did not clean up the mouse droppings in the attic spaces.
