Very professional and clean work. Paid attention to detail. Work was quality the first time around. Very reasonably priced. Showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job on time.
Perhaps most importantly in addition to everything else - Great attitude. As an example - they threw in fancy texture finish on concrete even though we had not discussed that initially and they had to pay the sub-contractor extra out of their own pocket. Not a huge expense, but it shows their spirit of customer service.

Install Concrete Driveways & Floors in 80211
Interacting with Edmund and Jared of Dream Creations was always pleasant, but they have failed to follow through on completing our project and have not returned phone calls. We hired them to install a sprinkler system and sod. Just after handing them a check, it was discovered that there was an issue with our water pressure/volume and as a result, the sprinkler system didn't work. Edmund and Jared assured me they would be by to fix the problem on three separate occasions but never showed.
Update: Issue was fixed subsequently. Good guys, but communication needs work.
