They were very professional. They could schedule the job without much wait and were prompt and concluded as agreed. The job took 3 days and each morning plus at the conclusion, the job site manager walked around with me to inspect the work, answer questions, etc. The new rock work, edging, and paved walkway are beautiful.

Bob gave me the name of a pro to ask for guidance on the type of unit to buy and the accessories needed. We scheduled a time for him to come out to install my electric fireplace and it was done before Christmas, as requested.
Bob was late due to the weather and his commitment to complete a previous appointment before the snow came (that's commendable), so as a result he gave me a discount and finished the job in good time. He offered to take out the empty boxes and haul my old fireplace to the garage.
I am very satisfied with the project and will refer him to anyone else needing this type of work done.

Bob was prompt, incredibly friendly, very clear about what needed to be done, and what each cost would be. He completed the job on time and efficiently, and when we needed to buy another part to convert my gas fireplace to wood burning, and his estimated price was off, he finished the job in less time than estimated so as not to bill me for any additional costs.
I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend his services.
