I met with 7 landscapers and chose Roy b/c price was fair, he had a good attitude, and I felt like he would be very fair in the process. Jeff was the actual project mgr that came to do the work. They came as they promised, did a great job, we went to a nursery to choose plants together, he offered great suggestions on design, and everything was delivered as promised. The only critique I would have is that I would have appreciated better communication. It wasn't horrible, but could have been better. I never really knew what was happening on a given day, if I needed to be there, and did not know how much over-budget we were until the end.
