Contractor was clearly honest, competent and even punctual. More importantly the items I needed removed from the interior drywall were, contrary to my expectation and first attempt, removeable without damage to the drywall or paint. We removed them in a half hour or so, I requested some 3 times to pay at least a nominal sum ($50 or $75) for his "estimate trip turned got it done trip" which he did not accept. I do have rental properties, I will need work fairly regularly and this contractor will be readily accepting for projects within their scope.
