This is an interim rating on a pre-sale residential reconditioning job. A challenge from the start, Saxon offered suggestions for significant cost savings which kept cost-growth to less than 20% over initital estimates. Job should be completed by 30 May; a final evaluation will be submitted based upon independent inspection of work performed. At this point, I would hire Saxon again, though.
