George was prompt in his vsite visit, pleasant and informative, answered my questions, made suggestions, showed me samples, and explained the differences in his offerings. The workers performed appropropriately. George called me when unseen damage was detected, sent me pictures on the spot, dn't you love camera phones! Gave me change order price and completed the job in tiely fashion. I am pleased with the result.
