Repair or Replace Section of PVC Gutters in 44266
Ken is wonderful. We really appreciate his kindness, and of course, knowledge and ability to fix our gutter problems. He didn't come out and immediately say "replacing the gutter would be the best", instead he saw the overall condition of the gutters, said we don't need to replace them. They just needed to be adjusted. He saved us both money and destruction of our lawn and good gutter. In this economy I highly recommend Ken! ! !

Clog Free Gutters was the first to contact me. The representative met with me, gave me an estimate, which was reasonable, and wrote up a contract. It took several weeks before they came, but I had emphasized that there was no hurry. The workers came, worked efficiently, and were friendly but professional. There were no hidden costs or extra "problems". When they were finished, I wrote them a check, and a few days later I recieved a receipt thanking me for the business and marking on the receipt "Paid in full." It was a positive experience.

Second Estimate(after I requested another job on the phone) mentioned several other jobs that could be done at the same time. Did a thorough job, cleaned up very well afterward. Erica (in office) kept in contact and was helpful, gave us a reasonable price estimate and later, a discount. Completion took several hours longer than I expected, workman left without a word on two occasions. I will likely call them again, but will make sure they try to give me a more accurate timeframe so that I don't lose hours from work.
