The customer service was very good. The service person did an excellent job. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Their rates are pretty high but they did clearly explain what the labor rate would be and finished the job in the time estimated. I would suggest getting a quote on material fees. You will save a lot of money purchasing the materials yourself as the mark up is incredibly high. I would give 5 stars if it wan't so expensive.

Good work but two visits were required to replace rollers on a sliding patio door so I was charged two "first hour" rates for one job.

I had Lon as my handyman and he was great. He was fast, did what needed to be done, offered up tips on other things around the house, and the price was what was quoted.
