Came to the house with little notice. Scheduled arrival with tenant and satisfied the tenants concerns quickly. Price was higher than expected and time to complete job was not detailed on the invoice. Over all a good experience for a blind call.

Robin was efficient, punctual, friendly, professional &extremely knowledgeable in his occupation. He's the "Sherlock Holmes" in locating the problem and corrected it immediately. The only flaw Robin did was not calling to confirm his tentative appointment in returning to complete the job when he told me he would. After not responding to my phone calls, I sent him an email was when he call me to confirm our appointment. Being as busy as he is, he may had forgotten; however, if he doesn't correct this, he will lose customers. Though he's forgiven, I still rated him 4 stars; he really deserves a 5 star rating. Big time THANK YOU, Robin!
