Very knowledgable, technician was able to fix a difficult problem and end up with a very workable solution. Not sure I agree with paying for drive time to and from the jobsite, but overall the experience was very good...

After I submitted my request, Hockenbury Electrical was the first to respond. The staff who contacted me was friendly and courteous. I requested to have a discussion of the project with an electrician who called me within 2 days. We had a straightforward discussion of the project and based on the information I then provided, we set up an appointment for within a few days. The electrician who did the job was reasonably on time, friendly, and finished the job promptly. I have NOT received the invoice so I do not know the exact bill I owe. I am optimistic that it will be within ballpark of the original estimate which was reasonable
