The workers who came worked all day the first day and one came back the next day to finish the job. They kept their noses to the grindstone and didn't waste any time. They were very polite and respectful and informed me of what they were doing and if they ran into any problems. I appreciate their good work ethic and good manners.

Ours was a very easy fix, locating a GFI and pushing a button (all of 15 seconds). The representative was helpful, friendly and informative. My shock was with the charges, although the representative got on the phone with his boss on his own initiative and worked out that I only had to pay for a half hour vs a full hour, I was still out $110. I may need to rethink my line of work . . .
