Pat was very prompt for our appoitment. He was very helpful in our input, seemed very knowledgable about installation.
I did not contract with KST Electric because they wee a distance from our home. If I know he was coming from Berline (ServiceMagic fault) I wanted someone close to our home.
Hopefully, ServiceMagic will be more aware of the distance and not recommend someone from a distance.

Fast courteous, professional, did not scoff at my ignorance, priced fairly and completed the work the same day they called. The only criticism was needing to be pushed a little to center the fixture to my wife's eye. But he did it in 5 minutes.
