My experience was excellent. Phil called about 30 minutes before he arrived. When he arrived, he immediately put on his "booties" which really impressed me, because it showed me that he was really going to be neat and clean. Phil assesed the situation, as I had a chandelier to replace with the fan, and told me that the box was not sufficient to hold the fan, which was heavier. He told me the price of the box and the instillation. I agreed, and he wrote up the contract. Phil was very professional, and I got the impression that he really knew what he was doing. I would request Phil for future electrical problems in my home.

Even though I was not home (moving my daughter back to college). company representative came out to my home to replace gas light mantles and repair gas lamp post. Notice on front door indicated that the company would send invoice for services rendered. I certainly appreciated their prompt service and offer to invoice after service provided.
