They responded to my initial request (by phone on a Sunday) withing 15 minutes of my internet inquiry.
The next day they came to my home and assed my project (repairs to my bifold closed doors).
The original closet hardware broke and after several weeks of trying I was unable to find
replacement parts. Alfonso Ciampa took the old broken fixtures back to his shop and custom
made a replacement part which saved me considerable time and money. I highly recommend
this company for any home imporvement project you may have. Dealing with this company is
the closest thing to having a relative in the business. Excellent customer service.
