While I did not hire Todd, (decided to replace the tile to something less vunerable), he made the effort to come to my home, grind two "test" tiles to show his work providing me the options/alternatives.
This person is absolutely worth hiring for a similar project.

All went well - good price; I do think though, that they should use a canvas or tarp all the time, on the floor, for all the drywall plaster paste to fall on, whether it be in the house or a garage.

Replace or Repair Grout in 80220
Todd did a number of things right. He provided me with grout-related education both before I hired him and after the project was completed, he showed up exactly on time despite bad snow conditions, and took extra measures to ensure a quality job without charging me for the additional time. For a small job, the cost seemed high, but I didn't price compare so I don' t know if other companies would have charged the same.
