Very professional encounter..kept estimate appointment, offered a very good deal, arrived timely and left everything just as he said he would. The overall appearance of the stone he refurbished is as if it were brand new. I could not have asked for more. He even left us with instructions on how to clean the stone when needed and reseal it ourselves a year from now.

Arrived punctually two of the three times. Last time was over 2 hours late, without a phone call. Did call & apologize. Stone counters did not come out as well as I had hoped. There is some unevenness in the finish. Floor stone tiles (different from counter) came out very well.

My travertine floor had the incorrect sealant and it was applied incorrectly on the floor. The floor was dull and always appeared dirty. Chris came to my house and discussed the treatment I needed for the floor. He discussed how he would treat the floor and pointed out some problem areas. He also assured me he could get the floor to look the way I wanted. Arriving home from work, I found a beautiful travertine floor. When I first saw the floor after Chris’ treatment I wanted to hug him. The floor is beautiful!!! My floor looks exactly the way I wanted, even better. I would highly recommend Marblelite. Chris is Fantastic!!!
