Dan listened to what I wanted done and then priced that, I appreciated his attention to project. His craftsman was good and was always concerned about keeping the area cleaned up. I will use European Floors again when needed.

They were intermittent in coming and going. Job took 1 week and I think they worked at least 7 other jobs while working mine. They didn't protect the new selections, but they didn't damage it either. I am happy with way it turned out even after they started to clean the grout lines and a lot of the tiles popped off. This made the job much longer to re-set the 1" tiles.
When it came time to pay, Dan took $50 off bill because one guy didn't show up when he was supposed to and didn't stay long when he did.

Dan was the first one to call back when I submitted my request through servicemagic, he came out the next morning and gave me my free bid. Not only was he the cheapest by far but the quickest to get back out and get my floors done. He was a pleasure to work with as well as the rest of his crew. They did a great job, my floors look amazing. My floors look so good that some of my family and friends wanted Dan's number so they could have him come over and get their floors done. I will tell everyone I know about European Floors.
