Jordan was quick to answer all of my questions (& I had a lot) and he was extremely helpful with his suggestions. He gave me a price and stuck to it, no surprises at end of the job. His great personality even came through his emails when responding to me. He was quiet, quick, did a wonderful tile job, and left me no mess to clean-up. After each day of work he told me exactly what to do (or not to do) as I've never had tile before. Once the job was complete, he gave me a receipt and went on his way. I would hire him again for my 2nd bathroom renovation.

It was a pleasure and a comfort having Andrew Troncone repair my porch. This young man goes above customer service standards and takes you to the next level, he made sure during the whole process that i was satisfied with all repairs. He was always on time and never missed a day. Also i have this to share with you, there was one bad weather day (severe storm) thunder, lighting, heavy rain. The rain was pouring down onto my porch, in areas that were being repaired, because the gutters were gloged. I looked at Andrew an said do you want me to clear that and before i got it out of my mouth he was already up there cleaning my gutters, i really thought that was special. I will be recommending Andrew Troncone to all my friends who may need repairs. Thank You Service Magic For Sending Me A Great Reliable Person.
