Vlad knew of a tile warehouse that was closing and said he could save me money by getting the tile there. Vlad's bid came in the lowest and he could complete the project within my time frame.

Overall, I was very pleased with the pricing, the professionalism, and the quality of work. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The only challenge was that the tile installer's English is very poor. I would work closer with Vlad in the future to ensure that everything is communicated appropriately.
