Jon Alvarez is a very intellegent young man and we had the pleasure of working with him on our kitchen backsplash. His estimate was about $500 less then the other compaines we checked out. He was very helpful on suggesting materials. We had already decided on grey slate tiles but he introduced us to a rare slate tile that matched our stone fireplace much better than the original slate we had chosen. The finished product was amazing and we love our backsplash! He was very precise in his work and finished the job on time. We will be working with him again for our kitchen and bathroom flooring. I highly recommend him.

Jon Alvarez Helped us out in a crunch. We had hired the Home Depot vendor to install laminate flooring and tile in our bathroom. We were told it would be $1.99/sq. ft. but there were hidden charges that they wanted and wasn't in our budget. So I went on Service Magic and found Jon. I told him our situation and our max budget and told us he could do everything for that price. He also worked around the painters who removed our popcorn ceiling (and were totally off schedule). He also went above and beyond to help us out with a few small things that weren't part of the original agreement and even returned after hour calls. Great workmanship
