Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 63116
KMI arrived as scheduled to give an estimate. Due to heavy rain they were not able start for about a week to ten days, but there was a period with no rain and the workers were there. They tore off the roof, cleaned up, and replaced the roof. There were additional roof layers which cost extra, but I was notfied of the modification of estimate. No more leaks. Great job! I am very happy!
