A+ Home Remodeling completed my roofing project on time. Both Ivan and Alex of A+ Home Remodeling clearly satisfactorily answered my questions before I contracted them for my roofing project. Their work crew was courteous. They ensured that the work site was clean after the end of each day. It was a three day project. The only con is they inadvertently torched to close to the siding. Although it was a small section that was torched, it's unsightly and visible.

Install or Replace a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof in 60707
Very good work, but apparently only one person in charge who unfortunately was sick during the time this project was being worked on. Only talked with him once. Again, very good work, but no follow-up. Even had to ask him for a final bill, because weeks after they finished the job, I still had not been billed. Plan to call them again next summer.

Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof in 60640
A+ did my steeply pitched roof with new sheathing, paper, and shingles. Also did all new gutters and added three additional downspouts. The roof only took one and a half days, and they cleaned up after each day. No additional costs, price was as quoted, and they were on time. The price was reasonable as well, about midway between the highest and lowest quotes, and well worth it.
Their representative gave me a very good selection of shingles to choose from, and made some very valuable suggestions regarding the gutters and placement of the new downspouts.
I liked them so much that I also had them do vinyl siding for the house.
