They were quick to respond to my request for service. The inspection and testing was thorough. Results sent through email, but no personal call to determine if information was received. Had to call to tell them I did not get the report before they figured out there was a problem. Resolved quickly. Report good, but not easily interpreted and no overall summary conclusions or recommendations were included.

Quick to respond to initial request AND to schedule. Showed up on time (not a "window") on the day of inspection, and spent a good deal of time going over every little thing. Didn't rush the process and took his time telling us what was wrong and what could be done to mitigate the problem. Report was extensive (1/2" thick) and the jillions of photos really helped document everything. The report is a keeper. I'd not hesitate to call Wade again, and I'd recommend Wade to anyone. He's very professional, personable, and efficient. What more could you want?
