Found the inspector to be up to date with his information and equipment...
Listened to our concerns and worked with us accordingly.
The tests ruled out mold but didn't tell us what else we have in the air. I think the lab should at least identify all items found in the air. The cost is very high for these tests and we cannot afford anymore.

Tony seemed to be very knowledgeable and provided a lot of helpful advice, in addition to taking air samples for the mold test. He also performed a visual inspection and tested a new instrument that can immediately detect living mold using a swab. We are very happy we called him.
