My wife and I were looking at a property to buy, but it had a mold problem in the basement. Art Fontaine of New Tech responded quickly to our request for a test and we got the results in three days! They did a great job. They were professional, organized and neat (even taking away the empty boxes). Emil followed up promptly and kept in touch. In fact, within just a few hours of submitting the request, I had a phone call from him. the only thing, after getting additional quotes, he was about $400 more. Other quotes were coming in at about $1000. He could come out sooner to get the job done and meet our deadline though.
