The rep set-up an apporintment with me, and he did arrive on time, and he went over a few things with me. He took samples and said that he would email me with the results in a couple of days. That also went ok-untill I had to download on my computer and it didnt work. I am still trying to get him to send me a copy via the postal service instead of an email. I have not received the results of my mold inspection to date, which is Oct. 26, 2009.

Nice folks. Didn't seem pushy to sell treatment items (which I was sort of waiting for, but it never happened) which was nice. Results were provided in about a week and odor removing/ sanitizing equipment was provided during this period until the results were returned. The equipment definitely helped with the odor, however after reading more about it and info from the EPA website on indoor clean air, I would not permanently use or buy one of these for my home.
