Mr. McCauley was a great addition to my "First-time Home Buyer" Team. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and treated my realtor, friend, and I as if we were family. He explained everything in great detailed - but in a way, even a novice could interpret. There were no cover-ups in his vernacular and he insisted that I call him with any inquiries that I might have in the near future. Mr. McCauley was a true professional and everything about his demeanor and the information he relayed appeared in my best interest.

Team of 3 took a day to prep the asbestos floor tiles for removal. Returned the second day, set up a full tent with ventilation, donned full protective gear and got to work. I didn't see or hear from them for the 2 days they did the removal. Very thorough job. Communication could have been better, especially as they took one day longer than requested. However, it was well worth that extra day and the carpenter who was scheduled to follow them was able to come in by 2 pm that last day. Overall, not cheap, but gives us great peace of mind to have those asbestos tiles removed.
